Green Fins are internationally co-ordinated by Reef-World and are the only recognised environmental set of standards with a comprehensive management approach, providing guidance and support for business owners and national authorities to promote best practices.
Diving and snorkelling centres are uniquely positioned to act within their own communities and with customers to encourage positive and lasting change.
GreenFins assessments are carried out yearly and those showing annual improvement in following the Code of Conduct are awarded certificates which allows tourists to choose environmentally responsible dive and snorkel operations.
