There are several places to stay in Tekek, all within easy reach of the dive centre. Some recommendations are made in the pages here.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Most chalet operators do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM on the island now, but it does not accept some cards, so please bring enough cash in Ringgit or US dollars for your trip. Prices subject to change without notice.

Tioman Dive Centre operates from Swiss Cottage resort in Tekek, the main village on Tioman. Located at the end of the beach, it is probably one of Tioman's best kept secrets! Don't believe everything you read in the guide books - Tekek remains remarkably uncommercialised! It has a variety of restaurants and accommodation to choose from. Try the Malaysian village experience.
