Day Trips or Private Hire

Day trips aboard the sailing yacht Araliya are available any day of the week and need to be booked at least one day in advance, or earlier to avoid disapointment.

All trips are private hire, except for scheduled one night or two night liveaboard trips. Trips are for group sizes of up to 6 divers, or 6 overnight passengers or 10 day trip passengers. We will arrange for you to be picked up from your hotel or nearest jetty. We can tailor make your trip to suit your requirements and will usually visit two or three spots suitable for snorkeling or diving around the island.

Snorkeling gear for each participant as well as snacks and refreshments are provided free of charge. Trips available are:

Araliya can by hired for private charters for up to two weeks (discounts for multiple nights apply). Schedules can be tailored to suit you, please contact us.

Scuba dives can be added to all trips at a cost of RM 100 per person per dive, inclusive of equipment hire and accompanied by our dive instructor. If you have never dived before, you can do a 'trial dive' for the same price, but please note that qualified and unqualified dive groups can only be combined if total dive group size is max four people. Larger groups containing unqualified divers will need to be split up for your safety.

Meals can also be provided at a cost of RM 30 per person per meal, or RM 60 per person per day (b'fast, lunch and dinner included).

Selected diving courses may also be added to private hire trips. Prices will be as per TDC prices with a discount of RM 150.

Facilities for use include a sunbathing and relaxing deck area, one double cabin, one triple cabin, one single berth, a dining area, two heads and a fully functioning galley with gas hobs and fridge/freezer.

Sails will be used where possible, but please be aware that conditions may call for motoring only. Prices are correct from February 2012.
